Buckingham Pointe townhomes in Des Plaines has the type of location buyers are searching for. This community of 44 luxury townhomes is nestled into the northwest suburban Des Plaines with easy access to I-90 , I-294, Metra, CTA and O'Hare. Des Plaines seems to be less than 30 minutes to almost anywhere people want to go and boasts recognized schools, great restaurants and parks, fine shopping and a variety of entertainment options.

When you combine a location as good as this with townhomes as luxurious as those offered at Buckingham Pointe, the combination is hard to resist; the success of this neighborhood is the proof. The model has just grand-opened and the community is already over 70% sold.

The furnished model is the very popular 1800 plan, shown in the third bedroom version. This plan has a living room, dining room, breakfast room, kitchen, den, powder room and laundry room on the first floor.
